The staff of Kids-N-Fitness is keenly aware of the influence we have on the lives of all the children we serve. We accept this enormous responsibility. It is our philosophy to provide the highest quality child care through a balance of age appropriate academic activities complemented by an introduction to fitness – all in a positive environment where all children are respected.

• The dedicated, professional staff at Kids-N-Fitness far exceeds state preschool requirements. Lead teachers have earned a degree in early childhood education or have extensive experience in conjunction with college course work.
• Every care giver is CPR certified through our annual recertification program.
• Twenty hours of annual in-service training is required to ensure your child’s caregiver is well- advised on current child care trends.
• And without question, all personnel are carefully screened through a thorough interview process, reference check, background check and fingerprinting process.

In 1998, Robert O’Connell decided to expand his successful athletic club business by opening a childcare facility. The foundation for the center would be grounded in the development of a healthy mind, body, and spirit. With his extensive background in physical fitness, he knew the importance of developing these skills at a young age. Twenty-five years later, our fundamental belief that physical activity promotes cognitive growth and educational success remains our cornerstone.
