Meet Our Director
My name is Whitney and I am one of the Center Directors at Kids-N-Fitness East. I have over 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and have a deep passion for creating safe, nurturing environments where young children can grow, learn and thrive. I strive to build strong relationships with families, mentor staff, and maintain a warm, inclusive community where every child feels seen and valued.
When not at the center, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, playing pickle ball and watching college football (Roll Tide)!
Meet Our Director
My name is Carrie Dilbeck and I am one of the Center Directors at Kids-N-Fitness East. With 30 years of experience in early childhood education, it is a privilege to see the smiles on the children’s faces and earn the trust of our parents who know that we care for and love their children like our own.
I have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and belong to several early childhood education groups in the state of Illinois and nationwide, allowing me to remain at the forefront of best practices in early childhood education. I live in the Mt. Zion, IL area with my husband, two kids, two cats, and three German Shepards. I love spending time with my family and enjoy all things Disney, especially planning Walt Disney World vacations.
